Scheduled – kernel upgrade

Server “beta,alpha,earth and saturn” will be rebooted for a kernel upgrade on 18/05/2008 at 00:30 AM BST.

The server’s will be down for 5 to 10 minutes while they reboot.

    The Kernel upgrade was completed on the listed servers without a hitch, unfortunately due to a network interface problem with the server alpha.

    Which had taken longer then expected to resolve the issue.

    However this issue has now been fully resolved.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
